Restoration technology gave select veterans of the old war repurposed use for special operations, those selected were given new purpose by current conflicts. Although memories of the old war never faded. In saying many of Tevarin’s dead were never forgotten…With Battle live the fallen.

History

The UPE first established contact with the space-faring civilization in 2541. While not as technologically advanced as humanity, the Tevarin were beginning to strike out into the universe. A proud, martial society, the Tevarin wanted humanity’s resources and launched an offensive against them. While the battlegrounds never threatened Earth or Terra, what the Tevarin lacked technologically they more than made up for in strategic brilliance and endurance, causing the war to last over four years. The turning point was the famous Battle of Idris IV, which introduced a young officer, Ivar Messer, to the populace of the UPE.

After the Tevarin defeat, the UPE terraformed the Tevarin systems for Human colonization. The remaining Tevarin were either absorbed into the UPE or fled to Banu or Xi’an space.

In 2603, a new Tevarin Warlord, Corath’Thal, emerged from the corners of the cosmos with a rebuilt Tevarin battle-fleet and launched his first attack against the UPE systems. Their sole mission was to reclaim Elysium IV, their former homeworld. While it was a sympathetic cause that some Humans could support, the UPE wasn’t about to give up territory. This war lasted seven years and touched almost every corner of the UPE.

On June 24, 2610 SET, Corath’Thal suffered a catastrophic defeat at the hands of Squadron 42 at the Battle of Centauri. With his fleet swiftly unraveling to either destruction or surrender, Corath’Thal mustered his remaining loyal pilots to make a last desperate charge for Elysium IV. Though his force suffered over 70% casualties, his fleet finally reached the atmosphere of their old homeworld. Corath’Thal and his pilots intentionally lowered their thermal shields and dove for the planet in an act of self-immolation.

With this second defeat, the spirit of the Tevarin race was irrevocably broken. Imperator Messer II used the victory to cement his place as ruler of the newly christened United Empire of Earth.

Currently, a large tevarin diaspora has settled in the unclaimed Branaugh system on Branaugh II

TEVARIN’S FALLEN:

Consisted of old warriors from the Second Tevarin War, these warriors were picked due to their high performance in combat and have been deployed constantly throughout the years with the help of Restoration technology. Tevarin’s Fallen compose of UEE service members who have been taught in the ways of the Tevarin and have adopted their methods of combat and ideology. They are the unknown operators who the UEE use when special assignments need to be completed. Outfitted with Aves Armor, Tevarin ships like the Prowler, both Talon series fighters, Lightstrike, and Deadbolt weapons the Fallen remain formidable on the battlefield.

- Honor and embody the Tevarin aesthetic with the Aves armor. Cutting edge manufacturing techniques were used to place white, red, grey, and black plating perfectly to fit the Human form and evoke the shape language imbued into the Tevarin’s iconic ships. This medium armor from CC’s Conversions is both sensational and practical, providing solid protection while keeping you light on your feet. When paired with the Aves helmet, the suit combines for a striking and unforgettable look.

- The Esperia Prowler is a modernized version of the infamous Tevarin armored personnel carrier. Esperia’s astroengineers were given unmitigated access to study original versions of the ship recently discovered in the Kabal system to help meticulously reconstruct the vehicle. Now, the Prowler is the perfect fusion of two cultures: the elegance and effectiveness of the Tevarin war machine combined with the reliability of modern human technology.

- The Esperia Talon is a small and light single-seat fighter designed for escort services and targeted strikes. Built in the Tevarin style, the Talon has powerful, directional “Phalanx” shields for maximum maneuverability, but weak physical armor once the shields are dropped. A pair of Size 4 weapons and a size 3 missile rack complement the Talon’s “strike first and strike hard” combat style.

- The Esperia Talon Shrike is a variant of the basic Talon strike craft with smaller weapons and more missiles. The Talon Shrike trades in its Size 3 weapons for Size 1 guns, but has been modified with an internal missile bay carrying 24x Size 3 missiles. Using it’s maneuverability and directional Phalanx shields, the Talon Shrike delivers its missile payload quickly on-target before evading pursuit.

- The Lightstrike takes the attack to distant targets by delivering focused, high damage blasts that will make any aggressor think twice before coming too close. Capable of providing powerful overwatch options during troop deployments or engaging targets in outer space, it’s easy to see why the Lightstrike was feared by UPE forces during the First Tevarin War.

- Spread dread with the Deadbolt ballistic cannon. Feared for its firepower at short range, this notorious Tevarin weapon earned its intimidating reputation during the First Tevarin War as part of the Tevarin fleet’s devastating arsenal. Esperia has painstakingly recreated the Deadbolt out of respect to the original weapon and warriors who used it so effectively.
