Manifesto of Nova Logistics:

To begin, we will have four primary objectives:

1. Mine and collect resources.

2. Transport materials to processing and distribution centers.

3. Sell products to third-party vendors or wholesale

4. Protect mining operations, transports, and processing centers.

Nova Logistics members are expected to follow the rules of the organization.

Title I. Formation of organization. Section 1. The Board Subsection 1. The Board is the decision making body within the organization. a. Simple majority vote decides. b. Must have a quorum to complete votes of over 50% of board membership voting. c. There will be at least 3 board members. Section 2. Officers and ranks Subsection 1. Will follow the Star Citizen Organization Chart for Officers and Ranks. a. The first 15 members will be assigned Officership and Rank arbitrarily. -Three Founders -Five Officers -Two Recruitment -Five Branding b. Ranks will be assigned as job categories are assigned and completed. -To Be Decided

Title II. We do not engage in combat with other players except when provoked or authorized. Sect. 1: If provoked, a member may take any action necessary to defend themselves without prior authorization. Subsection 1: Provocation is defined as the following a. Hostile acts including but not limited to: destroying, firing upon, stealing, looting, injuring, blackmailing, ransoming, or killing a member. b. Suspect acts including but not limited to: Spying, casing, following, swindling, or any variation of this towards another member. Sect. 2: If unprovoked, a member may be penalized with the following: Subsection 1: Fine a. Pay for damages towards the other organization/player for which the individual will be personally responsible. b. Pay Nova Logistics for any damages or losses incurred as a result of players actions. c. Pay penalties as determined by Nova Logistics Officers and Board. Subsection 2: Confinement/ Special Duty a. Confinement to rehabilitation facility as determined by Nova Logistics Officers and Board. b. Special Duty as assigned by Nova Logistics Officers and Board. Subsection 3: Expulsion a. Expulsion for serious or severe offense b. Expulsion for repeat violations c. Expulsion for failure to pay fines and/or complete special duty. Section 2: Authorized Combat/ Use of Force Subsection 1. Authorized Combat/ Use of Force is a vote by the Board to engage in hostile acts without provocation. a. MUST be completed prior to any action being taken, unless provocation has occurred.

Title III. Purpose and division. Sect. 1 Mining Subsection 1. Mining is the basis for this organization. a. Led by Vice President of Mining Operations, Officer Role b. Captain of individual ship has authority under Vice President of Mining Operations. Sect. 2 Transport and Shipping Subsection 1. Transport and shipping is the second tier objective of this organization. a. Led by Vice President of Transport Operations, Officer Role b. Captain of individual ship has authority under Vice President of Transport Operations. Sect. 3 Distribution and Sales a. Led by Vice President of Finance and Sales Operations, Officer Role -Inventory -Location b. Director of individual outpost has authority under Vice President of Finance and Sales Operations Sect. 4 Security a. Led by Vice President of Security Operations, Officer Role b. Any individual has authority of individual Securities including ships, facilities, and self under Vice President of Security Operations. Sect. 5 Logistics, Capital Infrastructure, and Assets a. Led by Vice President of Fleet Logistics, Officer Role -Organization Ship assignment and maintainence -Organization Facility construction and maintenance.

Title IV Financial Obligations of Organization and Members TO BE DECIDED AS GAME DETAILS EMERGE
