The Board of Directors

1. The Board of Directors shall have the ultimate decision-making power over all decisions, actions, or authorisations of the corporation.
2. The Board of Directors, and its Executive and Operational sub-committees, shall delegate day-to-day operational decision making power and authority to those members selected to lead projects as it sees fit.
3. The Board of Directors and its sub-committees shall receive periodic reports and updates from those project leads on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and other such development metrics.

The Members

1. Members shall be treated with equal dignity and respect regardless of rank, background, or other identifying characteristics.
2. Members shall work to further the common good of corporation and its clients.
3. Members shall be promoted meritocratically.

The Clients

1. Clients’ identities shall be kept confidential.
2. Clients’ information, data, or other personally identifiable items shall be protected from disclosure or breach of confidence.
3. Clients’ communications, project information, or other resources shall be kept in the strictest confidence.
