Tutelam Rerum Scientia - “The Protection of Resources through Knowledge”

With in house refinement, security, and up to date mining data, there is no better Corporation to apply to!

History

Even in ancient times, the Cerberus was a hound to be feared and respected. When our founders created the organization that is Cerberus Inc., they saw a future split three ways… One saw a battlefield, hard-packed alien soil being beaten down by the feet of many soldiers, the wheels of rovers, and the gear of drop-ships, all engaging in a war against an unknown enemy while spacecraft flew overhead in dogfights… Another saw an asteroid belt being picked clean by an RSI Orion, followed by other mining craft. Drones flit to and from asteroids, picking up all the resources they can, and leave behind nothing. The third saw the Unknown, an Endeavor gathering data, a Carrack exploring an unknown environment, or a simple Mustang Beta finding the next major Jump Point…

All three of them felt the need to head in three different directions, but they didn’t want to be torn apart, so they came up with a solution they called Cerberus. That solution became a staple of its respective industries and paved the way for ground breaking research, brand new tactics to fight the Vanduul, as well as the discovery of new mining hotspots, all of which has been logged to our database to help advance us into the future, and take us to a new Golden Age.

Manifesto

Be it war, or peace, Cerberus Inc. is here to stay.
With our innovative and resourceful R&D team hard at work, making great strides in the refinement processes as well as high-energy ballistics, its easy to see how we excel.

Players are separated into three groups, Industry, R&D/Exploration, and Militia, and are not restricted to being in any one branch at a time.

The ideal goal of Cerberus Inc is to provide our org members with a way to fill up multi-crewed mining, militia, and science-orientated vessels, as well as connecting members with each other should they need protection or support. In the future most interactions will be player based, so we hope to provide an all inclusive set of resources for our players, from ore refinement, to ship repair, refuel depots, and more as they come.

We are (and require you to be) at least moderately active. (This means at least once a week!)

There are no player dues to pay.

Charter

If you find yourself in the teeth of our judicial system, you may have violated one or more of the following.

These following rules are to be kept in mind as we interact with each other in the verse and in our discourse.

1) Don’t be rude.
Everyone gets mad but there isn’t a reason to take it out on your fellow org-mates. Being instigative is far from being a solid or dependable member. We all rely on each other.

2) No Greifing/Trolling.
This can be vague, as this offence can range from intentionally giving incorrect coordinates/directions in our mining database to the destruction of player property to player murder. Offenses in this category can result in fines or termination of work contract.

3) Listen to your ship commander!
When participating in multicrew, especially with members of Cerberus Inc. it is important to listen to the ship commander, the current commander is either the ship’s owner or his second in command, and so on.

Militia Orders
1) Your agreed upon chain of command is to be followed. You agreed to it, follow it.
As each Militia under Cerberus Inc. is constituted under collaborative units it should be easy to follow.
Failure to comply with an order in a malicious fashion, or in a way that disrupts chain of command will mark you as unfit for active service until you have been reviewed. Expulsion is a probability.
You have the right to refuse an order, but don’t hinder an operation.

2) No Mutiny
This should make sense, during multi-crew missions hi-jacking command of a ship, or intentionally harming any of her crew is an immediately actionable offense. Punishment is to the discretion of the captain or active commander of the vessel.
