History
The Ordo Imperialis was once just a detachment to the UEE, but since its founding in 2807, it has grown into a formidable paramilitary organization. Its mission to provide opportunities to citizens after their service, or to those who were unable to serve directly, has remained steadfast. With a military structure, specialized training, and a focus on teamwork, the Ordo Imperialis has expanded its reach across the galaxy. At the heart of the organization is an atmosphere that encourages members to connect with others and work together to achieve their goals. Whether it’s facing opponents in the verse or on the ground, exploring, freelancing, bounty hunting, security, exploration or trade, the Ordo Imperialis is here to work together for a greater cause.

Ordo Imperialis is a paramilitary organization that follows a military structure with a council of leadership that makes major decisions. But no great organization is not without it’s leaders, soldiers, pilots and recruits. The voices of the many, contribute heavily in the progress of our team.

Charter
Ordo Imperialis Codex
A standard community guideline to provide a solid and professional environment. Loyalty, Honor, Discipline.
✠ I: Standard of Authority
It is necessary to adhere to the orders of personnel in enumerated positions. Furthermore, officers shall bear the explicit right to create additional policy or provide the necessary extension of authority for another. These positions offer both oversight and support to all citizens.
✠ II: Standard of Brotherhood
It shall be the expectation that members of the Ordo Imperialis support other members against the actions or accusations of outsiders. It shall not be acceptable to aid or abet others in seeking the detriment of another. Work together, support each other, share in the experience and grow positively in all things.
✠ III: Standard of Respect
Members must afford all individuals, whether Ordo member or not, appropriate reverence and politeness. It shall not be acceptable to demean or attack others in a malicious manner despite rank, position, personality, group, or status. Zero tollerance against bias, defamation, harassment, racism, or shaming of any kind.
✠ IV: Standard of Integrity
All members of the Ordo Imperialis shall be expected to exhibit sound integrity in all interactions. This includes, but is not limited to exercising morality in decision making and exhibiting honesty.
✠ V: Standard of Order
To maintain civility and a professional atmosphere, members are expected to remain civil, and professional. Refrain from drama or instigation. In the event of escalation, one shall be offered and subject to a system of justice based upon severity of infraction. Most shall be afforded three stages of corrective action: warning, reprimand, and expulsion.
✠ VI: Standard of Information
It shall be the responsibility of every member of the Ordo Imperialis to ensure informational awareness. In addition, intended or privileged information may only be accessable to intended personnel. Additionally, all personnel are expected to maintain a general sense of understanding of ongoing policy or publications within the group.
✠ VII: Standard of Communication
The Ordo Imperialis provides multiple avenues of communication with other. All of these areas, unless otherwise excepted by enumerated personnel, are intended for use and often only by Ordo personnel and respected allies. Additionally use the chain of command, communicate effectively and responsibly.
✠ VIII: Standard of Community
To ensure a proper atmosphere, discussion within the Ordo Imperialis should be pertinent and within scope: controversial or sensitive topics (such as religion, politics, social events, and culture) are not permitted unless in a reasonably private area with unanimous agreement from all present parties. Furthermore, all elements of conduct by the Ordo shall not exceed a general rating of PG-13.
✠ IX: Standard of Allegiance
The Ordo Imperialis aims to build a community and organization here, on the foundation of it’s members and requests no members partcipate conflicting interests. Avoid splitting time and resources, dedicate full potential to the organization and it’s goals. Aim to participate, seek players, join and organize operations or other interests with our team.
✠ X: Standard of Merit
All members of the Ordo Imperialis should feel welcome and of value to the community as they offer positive, dedicated and benificial effort to the organization. Anyone of potential, should be recognized and rewarded for their efforts. Count on everyone to help grow our community and its activity.

Communicate, value, and work with others. Stay connected, and maintain informational security. Don’t participate in drama or rumors or defame others. Avoid conflict topics. Overall, be a respectful, honorable, and contributing member and have fun!
