History

  • Discovery and Colonization The Orion system was discovered in the mid-27th century and initially considered a low-priority for colonization due to its distance from the core systems. However, its strategic importance and potential resources eventually led to the establishment of a colony on Armitage (Orion III), the only habitable planet in the system. By the 2660s, human settlers had transformed Armitage into a thriving frontier world.
  • Vanduul Invasion In 2712, the tranquility of the Orion system was shattered when the Vanduul, a hostile alien species, launched a devastating invasion. The UEE fleet stationed in the system was quickly overwhelmed, and the colony on Armitage was decimated. The Vanduul laid waste to the human settlement, leaving destruction and chaos in their wake. Many lives were lost, and the survivors were left to fend for themselves in a hostile and dangerous environment.
  • Survivors and Escape Amid the chaos and destruction, a small group of brave and resourceful humans managed to escape the onslaught. These survivors, driven by a burning desire for justice and redemption, vowed to one day return to their homeland and reclaim it from the Vanduul. Over the years, they formed the Masters of Orion (OrionR3D), a dedicated organization focused on one goal: to bring Orion back under human control.
  • Current Status Today, the Orion system remains under Vanduul control, a stark reminder of the dangers that lurk in the universe. The once-thriving colony on Armitage is now a desolate wasteland, with only a few scattered human settlements eking out a precarious existence. However, the Masters of Orion are determined to change this. Fueled by the memory of their lost home and the hope of a brighter future, they are preparing to launch a daring campaign to reclaim the Orion system and restore it to its former glory.

Manifesto

Preamble We, the survivors of the Vanduul invasion of the Orion system, have come together as the Masters of Orion. Our mission is simple: to reclaim our homeland, restore it to its former glory, and ensure it remains under human control.

Purpose Our purpose is to unite those who share our vision of a free and thriving Orion system. We seek to build a community of skilled and dedicated individuals who are committed to the survival and resurgence of humanity in the face of adversity.

Principles

  1. Resilience: We are committed to overcoming any challenges and hardships that come our way. Our determination and strength will guide us through the darkest times.

Goals
