History

OSV is a up and rising Org with a vision of a self-sufficient medium sized Mining, Exploration and Service outfit. Considering costs, overhead and complicated management of running such an entity OSV uses an Owner Operator structure and outsources logistics, Security, Medical and other divisions usually found in most Org structures. This allows OSV to build alliances and give business to other Org’s to grow together. By staying neutral, And with such a system this allows OSV to operate in areas that would be otherwise off limits and do business with more outfits than those tied to an allegiance.

OSV currently Operates in the Stanton system, Slowly building it’s foundation before it opens it’s doors to recruitment.

ORG structure

1. Aims to achieve and remain a med size for the sake of manageability.

2. Mining/Exploration Focus, As the two go hand in hand.

3. Bolsters in house services ( Rearm, Refuel, Repair ) But will aid others, at a price of course.

4. Outsourced Security, Medical and logistics, We aim to find and work with other heavy RP profession specific orgs.

5. Chaotic neutral stance gives players from any background the ability to take part, We don’t care about your background. The only reputation we focus on is the one you build with OSV. Prove yourself a valuable, reliable member and OSV will have your back when it comes to income…While we cant send a fleet or army if you find yourself in trouble…you will always have a dependable source of income without having to peer over your shoulder.

6. Owner-Operator system reduces overhead of OSV, 25% cut of all operations goes towards OSV overhead costs ( In house refuel/repair etc ).

7. All OSV personnel to be trained and armed. Where we lack firepower in the fleet.. Getting onboard or ambushing ground ops should prove a challenge for any foe.

8. ORG will maintain an in-house fleet of SMALL-MED size ships. Although an Orion may enter the org as an owner-operator.. reducing overhead and maximizing profits is our goal.
