Who’s asking?
Manifesto
To provide services for organizations who need jobs done on and off the book. And may not wanna have any direct contact with a job or just need extra man power
Charter
Our rules:
1) no member can’t take a job from a organization without approval from the boss if it’s a higher risk job
2) jobs must be have half advance payment before a job is done
3) members control pricing of the jobs they take and must kick over at least 10% to the boss. For fees to help the syndicate. so it can grow
4) bi weekly meeting to be held to keep things going smoothly
5) try to keep a low profile and not be seen as outlaws makes jobs easier if we not labels as a crime syndicate.
