RANKING SYSTEM
I. POWDER MONKEY: Incoming rank, NO access to ship's cockpit/bridge. Hang out, run a couple of missions and if all is copacetic you make CREW. Duties: Maintains ship batteries in working condition, ensures batteries are operational. Perk(s): None, no access to cockpit.

II. MATEY : Regularly returning member of CREW, adds https://robertsspaceindustries.com/orgs/REDEYECLAN to their list of orgs, eligible to vote in ⁠elections , & gain access to charts, routes, etc. a. BOATSWAIN Duties: Reports ship issues to ship Commanding Officer on duty, gathers funds for assuring PLENTIFUL provisions (Food, Water, BEER) are aboard for CREW, and performs minor repairs to ship’s hull. b. SURGEON Duties: Ship's Medical Doctor c. COOK Duties: Feeds crew.* d. SAILING MASTER : Also, exhibits competence in the steady sailing and navigation of all ship types. Duties: Don't crash. e. GUNNER (Server Booster OR recruit a POWDER MONKEY, OR [demonstrates advanced knowledge of career(s)/role(s) AND exhibits desire to lead others in a specialized group or mission]. Duties: Works close with QM, leads others on missions, reinforces QM’s directives and orders.

Perk(s): Full access to :real_redeye_emoji: server informative channels, videos, and bots.
Requirement: Must frequent server and interact with members occasionally face demotion to CREW.

IV. QUARTER MASTER Administrates crew, elected appointment. Leader of CREW & @MATEY , MUST be a MATEY, and have ReD-EyE as their primary Org on RSI site (Failure to maintain the colors will get you shot) *.

Duties: *Voices crew’s wishes, delegates duties and responsibilities to hands, motivates crew, recommends promotions. Works with BOATSWAIN** on vessel readiness, and handles disciplinary matters. QM’s word is final.*
NOTE: Once there are enough members, a QM will exist for each role. i.e. Mining QM Thereafter, the QUARTERMASTER will become the Discord QM. Role QMs will be selected by the role members.

V. OFFICERS (Two roles lead the org with similar duties, can endorse QM.) A. CAPTAIN Duties: Administrates org resources, leads crew, consults mission objective and feasibility with QUARTER MASTER, delegates duties and responsibilities to QUARTER MASTER B. FIRST MATE Duties: Heads of security; Administrates org resources, leads crew, consults mission objective and feasibility with QUARTER MASTER, assigns duties and responsibilities to QUARTER MASTER toward agreed managerial objective.*
