Introduction

2944, JuneREDLINE is founded by a bunch of friends in order to take their skills to a new level and make credits along the way.

2952, September – With the arrival of new members, REDLINE defines its first charter and manifesto versions.

1. External Contract Policies

1.1 You (the client) agree to us (REDLINE) acting as an agent for you or the organization you are representing.

1.2 REDLINE will not be held liable for any wrong, damage, errors or inability to fulfill a contract due to unforeseen circumtances.

1.3 If applicable, you (the client) agrees to pay, in-advance, a set percentage of the total price for our services rounded-up. This percentage will change depending on the degree of risk and assets needed.

1.4 No refunds unless agreed upon during contract signature.

1.5 If a bigger-sized teams are needed, REDLINE is willing to take part of contracts with other trusted organizations.

1.6 REDLINE will keep track of any organization or individual that is a threat to its members. Any contracts requested by those entities will be denied.

2. Rules of Conduct

2.1 Respect: Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.

2.2 Ambiance: Try to keep your salt for yourself, if something is very frustrating, take a break.

2.3 Spam: This organization is non-exlusive, no spam or self-promotion without permission from a staff member will be tolerated. This includes DMing fellow members.

2.4 SFW: Suitable for work organization, no age-restricted or obscene content will be tolerated. This includes text, images, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, or other graphically disturbing content.

2.5 Bilingual: This organization has both french and english, there is no restriction, but please be inclusive to each other whenever possible.

2.6 Age: This organization is for adults only, you need to be 18+.

3. Internal Management

3.1 The contracts or job decisions are taken with the majority vote within the organization’s active members. Higher ranking members however do have a bigger influence in the decision-making process.

3.2 The recruits and/or applications are taken with the majority vote within the organization’s active members. Higher ranking members however do have a bigger influence in the decision-making process.

3.3 Each member of the organization can say – respectfully – his thoughts. It is imperative to have proper communication within the organization, if a member is against a certain decision, he is encouraged to explain why and provide reasons or facts to support his argument.
