Established in 2194, the SOCOM Ghosts emerged as a stalwart defender of humanity in the tumultuous expanse of space. Founded by a group of visionary leaders and seasoned warriors, the Ghosts quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the galaxy.

Manifesto of the SOCOM Ghosts

Mission:
The SOCOM Ghosts are dedicated to safeguarding humanity’s interests and preserving peace and stability in the galaxy. Our mission is to serve as the vanguard of defense against threats both foreign and domestic, utilizing our expertise in covert operations, strategic warfare, and precision strikes to protect the United Empire of Earth (UEE) and its citizens.

Operational Scope:

  • Covert Operations & Special Warfare: Precision strikes, stealth missions, and black ops.
  • Reconnaissance & Intelligence Gathering: Scouting, tracking enemy movements, and gathering intel.
  • Security & Escort Missions: Protecting assets, convoys, and high-value targets.
  • Combat & Raids: Engaging in battles, especially against the Vanduul.
  • Defending Trade Routes & Infrastructure: Ensuring safe passage for allied ships.
  • Diplomatic & Strategic Alliances: Managing relationships within the UEE and beyond.
  • Allied Support & Joint Operations: Assisting affiliated organizations with security, armed escorts, and operational support when needed.
  • Logistics & Resource Acquisition: Engaging in salvage operations, mining, and cargo transportation to fund the organization when necessary.

Charter

Charter of the SOCOM Ghosts

Article I: Name and Purpose
1.1. The name of this organization shall be the SOCOM Ghosts, hereinafter referred to as “the Ghosts” or “the PMC.”

1.2. The purpose of the Ghosts is to serve as an elite Tier 1 private military company dedicated to defending humanity’s interests, preserving peace and stability in the galaxy, and upholding the values of honor, unity, excellence, adaptability, and service.

Article II: Membership
2.1. Membership in the Ghosts is open to individuals who demonstrate the necessary skills, commitment, and character to uphold the principles and values of the PMC.

2.2. Prospective members must undergo a rigorous selection process, including training, evaluation, and approval by the leadership of the PMC.

2.3. Members of the Ghosts are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and conduct at all times, both on and off duty.

Article III: Leadership
3.1. The Ghosts shall be led by a Commanding Officer (CO) with the role of Fleet Admiral and supported by a leadership team consisting of officers and non-commissioned officers (NCOs).

3.2. The CO shall be responsible for the overall command and direction of the PMC, with authority to make strategic decisions, allocate resources, and represent the interests of the Ghosts.

3.3. Officers and NCOs shall assist the CO in the execution of their duties, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the members of the PMC.

Article IV: Operations
4.1. The Ghosts shall conduct a wide range of operations, including but not limited to reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, security, escort, and special operations missions.

4.2. Operations shall be planned and executed with precision, professionalism, and discretion, in accordance with the laws, regulations, and directives of the United Empire of Earth (UEE).

4.3. The Ghosts shall maintain a state of readiness at all times, prepared to respond to threats and emergencies as directed by the leadership of the PMC or the authorities of the UEE.

Article V: Code of Conduct
5.1. Members of the Ghosts shall conduct themselves in accordance with the highest standards of integrity, honor, and respect for others.

5.2. Members shall adhere to the rules, regulations, and directives of the PMC, as well as the laws and regulations of the UEE.

5.3. Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the PMC.

Article VI: Amendments
6.1. This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the membership of the Ghosts, subject to the approval of the CO.

6.2. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing and circulated to all members of the PMC at least [insert time frame] prior to the vote.

Article VII: Tag
7.1. The official tag of the SOCOM Ghosts shall be SCMGST.

Article VIII: Ratification
8.1. This charter shall be ratified upon approval by the founding members of the Ghosts and shall remain in effect until amended or repealed.

Article IX: Player Rules
9.1. Respect All Members
Treat everyone with respect, regardless of their experience or whether they participate in roleplay. Toxic behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

9.2. Maintain a Positive Environment
Encourage fun, collaboration, and support for all members. This community is for both casual players and those who enjoy more immersive, roleplay-driven gameplay.

9.3. Follow the Chain of Command
Adhere to the leadership structure within SOCOM GHOSTS. Decisions and commands from higher-ranking members should be respected, unless otherwise discussed.

9.4. Play Fair
No cheating, exploiting, or griefing. Fair play is essential for maintaining balance and enjoyment for all members.

9.5. Roleplay Encouraged, Not Required
Roleplay is encouraged as a way to enhance your experience with the group, but it is not mandatory. If you engage in roleplay, please respect the immersion and storytelling of others. Keep out-of-character (OOC) discussions separate from in-character (IC) actions.

9.6. Use Communication Wisely
Use voice and text communication to coordinate and enhance gameplay. Avoid excessive spamming or trolling in chats. Keep communication clear, concise, and respectful.

9.7. Stay Active or Communicate Absences
If you plan to be inactive for an extended period, please notify a leader or officer so we can maintain accurate records of active members. This helps with organization and planning.

9.8. No Drama
Keep in-game and in-group conflicts away from the broader group. Resolve disagreements privately and maturely, respecting each other’s opinions and feelings.

9.9. Respect Group Events
If you participate in group events, respect the schedule, rules, and structure of the event. Be punctual and follow the event leader’s instructions to ensure smooth coordination.

9.10. Safety and Privacy First
Respect the privacy of fellow members. Do not share personal information unless freely given, and avoid sharing private details without consent.
