Preamble:
We, the members of Silent Company, united under the banner of honor, respect, and unwavering professionalism, hereby establish and commit ourselves to this charter. Silent Company, founded in 2952, shall be governed by the principles set forth herein, under the leadership of our owner ,Colonel Mr Snowden.

I. Purpose and Mission:
Silent Company exists to provide unparalleled mercenary services, undertaking a diverse array of missions while upholding a code of honor and respect. Our mission is to serve the few who seek justice against the many, bringing balance and order to the chaotic realms of interstellar conflict.

II. Leadership:
Mr. Snowden, shall lead Silent Company with wisdom, foresight, and a commitment to the principles laid out in this charter. His authority is recognized and respected by all members, and decisions made in the best interests of the company shall be binding.

III. Code of Conduct:
Members of Silent Company shall conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and adherence to a code of honor. Respect for clients, colleagues, and the sanctity of our principles shall be the foundation of our actions. Any deviation from this code shall be addressed promptly and fairly.
