Fourteen years later, it is revealed that prior to Cyberdyne Systems’ disestablishment, the company developed a research program to create human cyborgs.
Skynet is under development in 2017 as an operating system known as Genisys.

Dr. Scott Childress and his team at RSI have completed the first self-sustaining quantum drive engine, capable of achieving 1/100th the speed og light.
