Squadron 145 / SQ145

Founded a millennium ago in 1942; Squadron 145 was a Canadian bomber reconnaissance squadron that fought against the Nazi U-boat threat in the Atlantic. It was disbanded a few years later at the end of the Second World War.

However during the increased off-world expansion and colonization of the 2500s, the squadron was revived to support the UEE Navy to deal with the growing threats of pirates and hostile aliens. Though composed of humans loyal to the UEE from all over the galaxy; the core cultural, historic, and leadership roots of Squadron 145 remain in the geographical region of Earth that was formerly Canada.
