History

The Stanton Communist Party (Коммунистическая Партия Стэнтона/Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα Στάντον) stands as the legitimate vanguard of Marxist-Leninist Communism and Socialism within the Stanton System. It was founded in the year 2884 by immigrants from the former Soviet Union and various other ex-Communist nations, including Greek political refugees, with our General Secretary tracing his origins to Greece. At its inception, the Party operated underground, defying the prevailing legal restrictions. It was a period marked by relentless struggle, punctuated by worker’s strikes and brutal repressions executed by private corporations such as the paramilitary forces of Hurston Dynamics. Our triumph came in 2917, a year of great significance, when the Stanton Communist Party (Коммунистическая партия Стэнтона/Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα Στάντον) was officially recognized, marking a symbolic milestone in our storied history.

With roots dating back to the year 1917, following the Great October Revolution, the establishment of the Tarkov Soviet in the Norvinsk region of the USSR (CCCP – Союз Советских Социалистических Республик), by the Bolshevik Party (Большевики) and Greek immigrants and political refugees, our party boasts deep historical connections. We share close ties with the League of Militant Atheists (Сою́з Вои́нствующих Безбо́жников) and have been joined by numerous local sympathizers.

Following the catastrophic CNPP explosion in the Ukrainian SSR in 1986 and the subsequent illegal dissolution of the CCCP (USSR), many who were formerly known as S.T.A.L.K.E.R.S grew disillusioned with the Western media and capitalist propaganda. Leaving the exclusion zone behind, they found refuge within the ranks of our Party.

Within the Stanton System, where the imperative for People’s and Worker’s rights cannot be ignored, the Stanton Communist Party (Коммунистическая Партия Стэнтона/Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα Στάντον) has emerged as the preferred choice for the oppressed. We steadfastly stand against the sham democracy propagated by mega-corporations like Hurston Dynamics. The SCP is on the path to ascendancy, and united, the workers of Stanton proclaim: “Workers of the Universe, Unite!”

Manifesto

SCP (КПС/ΚΚΣ-Stanton Communist Party/Коммунистическая Партия Стэнтона/Κομμουνιστικό Κόμμα Στάντον) issues a resounding call for all Stanton workers to unite and topple the exploitative capitalist bourgeois oligarchy within the Stanton system. Their pursuit of wealth has incited wars, wreaked havoc on entire planets and systems, and led to genocidal actions against entire races, all while diminishing the quality of life for the citizens of Stanton and the UEE.

What Is a Party Charter?

A Party charter, also known as “charter” or “articles of incorporation,” is a written document submitted to the General Secretary of the CP by the founders of a Party (in our case, the Communist Party). It comprehensively outlines the fundamental elements of the Party, including its objectives, organizational structure, and intended operations. Upon approval by the state, such as our Party, it attains legal status as a Communist Party.

Prominent members of Communist Parties commonly establish fundamental particulars such as the Party’s name, headquarters, and its mission statement before initiating any formal activities. These particulars culminate in the Party’s organizational charter, a vital legal instrument that imparts incorporation status to the Party.

A Party charter is a formal document registered with the General Secretary of the CP or registrar to formalize the existence of a Communist Party.

The Party charter must explicitly specify the governance framework, organizational structure, objectives, operational processes, and other significant particulars of the Party.

The creation of Party charters marks the inception of a new Party. They signify the birth of a new Party, and once they are duly filed and approved, the Party attains legitimacy and legal recognition. This document must be meticulously created and submitted before the Party can engage in official transactions.

A Party charter is a document that establishes the Party as an entity, or in our case, a corporation within the UEE. It meticulously delineates its governance, organizational structure, operations, and other relevant facets.

At its core, the Party charter includes essential information such as the Party’s name, its mission, whether it operates as a for-profit or nonprofit entity, its location, the authorized number of shares to be issued, and the identities of the involved parties responsible for its formation. Party charters are registered with the General Secretary of the CP in the jurisdiction where the Party is situated. Typically, the planetary authority where the Party is located imposes a filing fee for processing the Party charter.

The planet hosting the Party’s headquarters has distinct requirements pertaining to the components of the Party charter, depending on the Party’s nature. The charter also identifies the authorized agent. Irrespective of location, every Party must designate a registered agent who acts as the official recipient of vital legal documents on behalf of the corporation.

Parties must expound on the reasons for their formation. This statement elucidates the Party’s purpose and the nature of services it offers.

The Stanton Communist Party (Коммунистическая Партия Стэнтона) is the (now legal) Marxist-Leninist Communist/Socialist Party of the Stanton system, established in 2884 by UEE immigrants from former Soviet and various other ex-Communist countries, including Greek political refugees (with the General Secretary being of Greek descent). The Party was established in 2884 during a time when it operated clandestinely. After enduring years of struggle and widespread oppression from private corporations, including the private police and military forces of Hurston Dynamics, the Party achieved legal recognition in 2917, a year imbued with profound symbolism and historical significance.

The headquarters of S.C.P. (also sometimes referred to as STANTCOM) is situated at 148 Enceladus Street, Loreville City, Hurston planet, Stanton System, Milky Way Galaxy.

The primary objective of the Party is the overthrow of the bourgeoisie class and the establishment of a Working Class rule on Hurston, Stanton, and ultimately, the creation of a United Soviet Republic of Earth (U.S.R.E.).

In pursuit of this goal, the SCP encourages its members to actively engage in a wide array of activities, encompassing combat missions to acquire valuable battle experience, mining, salvage operations, hauling, and even transport missions, both within the Stanton system and across distant solar systems. Through these multifaceted endeavors, the Party aims to establish extensive connections and affiliations, a strategic approach that will fortify its foundations and foster exponential growth.
