Leadership Roles:

Boss: The top decision-maker responsible for overseeing all operations and contracts, ensuring the team meets its goals, and maintaining discipline and focus within the ranks.
Chief of Staff: The primary organizer and coordinator, managing internal affairs, roles, and promotions, ensuring the team functions efficiently and effectively.
Chief of Recruitment: In charge of onboarding new talents, ensuring that only skilled and committed individuals join the team, guiding them through to the rank of Enforcer.
Chief of Communications: Manages all external and internal messaging, ensuring clear, effective, and strategic communication across the team and with outside parties.

Ranks:

Master Chief: The ultimate operator and team leader, commanding respect through experience and expertise, and leading the team in high-stakes missions.
Tier One Operator: A seasoned operator with extensive experience, entrusted with the most critical and sensitive tasks due to their proven reliability and skill.
Operator: A fully-fledged team member actively taking on contracts, executing missions, and contributing to the team’s success.
Enforcer: Can work contracts, applying the skills they’ve learned as an Assistant Operator to demonstrate their full capabilities.
Assistant Operator: A learning role, where one gains experience by working closely with an Operator, preparing to take on more responsibility.
Prospect: A potential new member of Tac-9, under evaluation to determine if they have what it takes to join the ranks.
