APEX Charter

Article I: Mission and Purpose

1.1. The mission of APEX is to excel in the fields of transportation, mining, salvaging, and escort/protection services in the Star Citizen universe.

1.2. APEX aims to provide reliable, efficient, and secure services to its clients, ensuring the safe delivery of cargo and promoting the prosperity of its members and partners.

Article II: Values and Principles

Article III: Structure and Ranks

3.1. APEX operates with a hierarchical structure based on rank. Members progress through the ranks based on their experience, dedication, and contributions to the organization.

3.2. The ranks within APEX, from lowest to highest, are as follows: Recruit, Apprentice, Specialist (Mining, Hauling, Salvaging), Security Officer, Foreman (Mining), Dispatcher (Hauling), Salvage Coordinator, Security Chief, Mining Director, Logistics Captain, Salvage Master, Chief of Security.

Article IV: Conduct and Ethics

4.1. APEX members are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Honesty, respect, and fair treatment of fellow members, clients, and partners are paramount.

4.2. APEX members shall adhere to local laws and regulations while carrying out their duties. Engaging in illicit activities or piracy is generally discouraged, but there may be instances where lawful members participate in activities that push the boundaries of legality.
