Little is officially known about the Terra Space Group. There was no official record of it’s inception until investigative journalist [Redacted] published her findings on corruption in Terra’s highest ranking offices in the Terra Gazette.

In 2942 [Redacted] had begun her investigative report into Terra’s highest echelon of leadership based solely on the lack of accountable spending. Not knowing exactly what she would find, [Redacted] researched countless requests for information from Terra’s many bureaucracies over the course of a decade. [Redacted] has discovered approximately 2.8 billion UEC in a “black budget” disguised through false accounting mechanisms and bogus line items.

The proverbial nail in the coffin was discovering a link between a nameless shell company and Rockwell Interplanetary Construction, Inc. which the UEE has used previously during the Messer Era for projects relating to the Imperator’s Secret Police & Espionage units. Despite the Terra UEE Advocacy office attempting to distance itself from the dark spots under the Messer regime, [Redacted] argued that this proves the Terra High-Advocate had continued down the same path of private paramilitary black ops.

[Redacted] of the Terra UEE Advocacy has publicly denounced the claims of Journalist [Redacted], stating “There are times we carry secrecy to extremes, this is one of those times. Disclosing the [TSG] would have been inappropriate at this time, and this exposure will cause undue harm to the safety and security of the whole of the Empire.”

The Terra Gazette has since apologized profusely to the Terra UEE Advocacy for the release of this report. Both [Redacted] and her Editor have been released from their posts at the Gazette.
