Operating deep within the lawless edges of the UEE and beyond, Academi offers what others can’t: uncompromising security, lethal efficiency, and absolute discretion. No contracts are too dirty, no missions too dangerous. As an operator of Academi, you are held to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discipline. The galaxy is a harsh place, and our reputation is our greatest asset. The following rules are designed to ensure that every member upholds the values of our organization and ensures our continued success.
1. Loyalty to the Mission
Every mission is paramount. No personal agenda, ideology, or external pressure should ever interfere with the task at hand. Academi’s primary focus is to complete the job — regardless of the difficulty or danger.
2. Discretion is Key
What happens within Academi stays within Academi. Our operations are confidential, and leaks or breaches of confidentiality are considered betrayal. Trust is the foundation of our work; break it, and you break our bond.
3. Respect for Fellow Operators
Academi operates on a foundation of mutual respect. Discrimination, insubordination, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. We stand together as one unit — every member’s life is as valuable as the next.
4. Professionalism Above All
Always act with professionalism, both on and off the field. Academi is known for its tactical superiority, and that image is crafted by each and every operator. No unnecessary recklessness, no undisciplined behavior. Conduct yourself as a professional in all dealings.

6. No Mission is Too Dangerous, No Sacrifice Too Great
We operate in hostile environments where the cost of failure is often death. Each member of Academi must be ready to make whatever sacrifices are necessary to complete the mission. If a mission requires it, we do what others can’t — or won’t.

We are paid to get the job done. Academi exists to serve the client — their needs and demands come first. While we maintain autonomy and independence, the mission goals set forth by our contracts must be met without deviation.
8. Survival Above All
We are warriors, mercenaries, and operators — but above all, we are survivors. Academi’s core belief is that we do whatever it takes to ensure our own survival and the survival of our team. The work we do may be dirty, but in the end, we remain unbroken.
Failure to adhere to these principles will result in immediate expulsion from Academi and potential termination of all privileges and contracts. We are a unified force, and any threat to the integrity of that unity will be dealt with swiftly.
