Specialists prioritize mission success and avoid direct confrontations with other players, whether in ship combat or FPS scenarios, unless provoked by interference with mission objectives. This approach allows TCW to maintain a professional focus on objectives while minimizing unnecessary conflict with other factions or players. Specialists will use their skills and resources strategically to complete missions, relying on diplomacy, stealth, and careful planning rather than aggressive tactics. If confronted, Specialists will attempt to de-escalate or evade conflict when possible, only engaging in combat as a last resort to protect mission integrity. By emphasizing mission accomplishment over PvP encounters, TCW can operate efficiently without jeopardizing the larger objective.

Charter

RULES & REGULATIONS
CODE OF CONDUCT

This statement outlines a code of conduct for members, emphasizing professionalism and respect in their interactions with each other and clients.

 • Members must maintain professionalism regardless of personal differences, both within and outside of Star Citizen.
 • Constructive criticism is encouraged, promoting a culture of improvement and open communication.
 • Hostile acts and discriminatory comments based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation are strictly prohibited.
 • Violations of this code may result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal from the organization

EXPECTATIONS

TCW has established a comprehensive system for handling contract requests and negotiations. This approach allows TCW to efficiently manage contract requests while maintaining discretion for sensitive operations and flexibility in negotiating terms based on the specific requirements and risks of each contract.

 • Members are expected to maintain professionalism when conducting business independently, as they directly represent TCW’s operations within the game universe.
 • Contract requests can be announced using third-party or in-game assets, directing them to the appropriate member within TCW.
 • For sensitive contracts requiring discretion, the TCW Hierarchy is utilized to maintain confidentiality.
 • Members must uphold agreements between TCW and the represented organization, ensuring professional conduct and maintaining the organization’s reputation.
 • Negotiation of contracts involves assessing the risk versus reward factor. This allows for flexibility in determining compensation.

LAW OF CONTRACTS

Contracts will be obtained from TCW hierarchy or directly from a client. High value contracts require logistical planning between both parties to ensure the route taken is safe, secure, and time efficient. Traversal to the end destination will always be top priority, under no condition should members reveal their active contracts. If the operation goes awry a purge on all data aboard is required with no exceptions.

If a member has a moral objection to a contract request, they may reserve the right to pass it on to a colleague. However, if a member has accepted a contract, then it must be seen through to completion regardless of new information that comes to light. The sensitivity of personal identity and contract details will be determined by the client. If that request is broken this also may be used as grounds for disciplinary action including dismissal.
