Article I: Name and Purpose
Name: The organization shall be known as Casual Inc. Purpose: Our purpose is to provide a welcoming, laid-back community for Star Citizen players who value fun, cooperation, and exploration without the pressure of strict schedules or unreasonable obligations. We prioritize real-life commitments while creating memorable experiences in the universe of Star Citizen.Article II: Membership
Eligibility: Membership is open to all Star Citizen players who share our values of respect, collaboration, and casual play. New members are welcomed regardless of skill level or experience. Expectations: Members are expected to: Treat others with respect and kindness. Contribute positively to the community. Enjoy the game at their own pace. Activity: Participation is encouraged but no more than twice per month is required. Members may join events and missions as their schedule allows.Article III: Leadership Structure
Leadership Team: The leadership team consists of a small group of experienced members who guide the organization’s activities, manage resources, and ensure the community’s well-being. Roles and Responsibilities: Chairman (Leader): Sets the vision for the organization, leads major initiatives, and ensures the community remains aligned with its core values. XOs (Officers): Support the Chairman by organizing events, managing day-to-day operations, and assisting members. Crew (Members): The heart of the organization, contributing to adventures, participating in missions, and enjoying the game together. Decision-Making: Major decisions are made by the leadership team, with input from the broader membership. Transparency and open communication are key principles in our leadership.Article IV: Activities and Operations
Events and Missions: We regularly host casual events, group missions, and game sessions. All activities are designed to be enjoyable and stress-free, allowing members to participate as they wish. Communication: We use a variety of communication tools, including Discord, to stay connected. Announcements, event schedules, and discussions are shared openly to keep everyone informed. Conflict Resolution: In the event of disputes or conflicts, members are encouraged to address issues respectfully.
