History

The Greys is a hybrid organization created to fill a gap between the multitudes of Syndicates, Organizations, and Corporations that force you to pick a side. We live in the grey. This means, you choose your path, and we have your back. No judge, no jury, just freedom of choice, and the knowledge that no matter your trade, or your craft; your crew will have your back.

Manifesto

Do you. We got your back.

There will be members who mine, who transport, who explore, and who conquer. Diversity in the face of adversity breeds success!

Charter

Morally, we walk the middle road, frequenting whatever lifestyle we choose. These are the only requirements of this Syndicate:

1. You must be able to live in the grey!

2. Never betray a member of this organization.

3. If a member needs help, and you are free to help, do it.

4. If an alarm is sounded, respond immediately.
a. An alarm will only be sounded for the following reasons:
i. If the syndicate is formally challenged.
ii. If a brother/sister is in immediate danger and needs assistance/recovery.

5. Do not discriminate in a deliberate and/or cruel manner. Playful adult humor is encouraged.

Basic Guidelines for the Machine to Function:

- For Syndicate-wide decisions, the Chief and his/her Captains will pole active available members before engaging in “life” changing decisions, but retain the ability to make spontaneous decisions if the situation dictates immediate action.

- For team based missions/objectives: The lead, aka whoever came up with the mission and/or whoever owns the ship, sets the terms, and can be as flexible as they choose with said terms.

- This Syndicate was not designed for monetary gain, instead it is here to support one another in finding success in whichever path they choose to walk in the verse.

- Forward all suggestions/complaints to either the Chief or one of the available Captains. These members will decide whether or not the suggestions/complaints are worth resolution or respond with a reason as to why the suggestion/complaint should be dropped.
