Charter
The Hyperion Conspiracy Charter
Article I: Name and Purpose
Section 1:
The name of the organization shall be “The Hyperion Conspiracy.”
Section 2:
The purpose of The Hyperion Conspiracy is to advance human potential through innovation, sustainability, and excellence across various sectors, including research and development, resource management, security, economic growth, exploration, and education.
Article II: Governance
Section 1:
The governance of The Hyperion Conspiracy shall be vested in the Sovereign, who shall oversee the overall direction and strategic goals of the organization.
Section 2:
The Sovereign shall be supported by a Council of Key Officers, consisting of:
- Oracle (Chief Visionary Officer)
- Commander (Chief Operations Officer)
- Sage (Chief Science Officer)
- Guardian (Chief Security Officer)
- Architect (Chief Engineering Officer)
- Herald (Chief Communications Officer)
- Merchant (Chief Trade Officer)
- Navigator (Chief Exploration Officer)
- Steward (Chief Resource Officer)
- Sentinel (Chief Logistics Officer)
Section 3:
The Council of Key Officers shall advise the Sovereign and implement the strategic goals and policies of the organization.
Article III: Membership
