Section 1: Employee Conduct
Article 1: All Traxus Medical Indutries (TMI) are expected to follow all local and federal planetary laws while on and off of company time. Minor infractions must be reported to Human Resources immediately, or risk pay withholding and/or termination of employment. Any employee caught committing a violent or felony offense will be subject to immediate termination of employment.
Article 2: Traxus Medical Industries employees shall maintain a professional demeanor during all company activities. This includes not making any discriminatory statements or actions towards clients or other employees based on race, religion, sexual orientation, home world, or level of education. Any violations will be sent to Human Resources for evaluation and may be grounds for recommended retraining.
Section 2: Corporate Conduct
Article 3: Traxus Medical Industries will provide appropriate security protection for all employees wile engaged in any official company action. This includes the use of in house security forces or outside contractors designated and hired by TMI.
Article 4: Traxus Medical Industries will provide appropriate legal defense to all employees who come under legal scrutiny due to actions undertaken while on official company business. Traxus Medical Industries reserves the right to withhold legal options for any employee who is found committing a crime not in the company’s best interest.
Article 5: Traxus Medical Industries will provide the option for employees to use job appropriate equipment from the company inventory. This includes but is not limited to atmospheric vehicles, space capable vehicles, uniform allowance, and professional tools. All maintenance and insurance costs for company assets will be paid for by TMI. In the event that an employee is required to pay for anything out of pocket regarding one of the above assets, TMI will provide full reimbursement upon receiving a valid invoice or proof of payment.
Article 6: Traxus Medical Industries reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. A contract may be voided at any time if it is believed to be in direct accomplice to committing any criminal activity. Section 3: Customer Conduct
Article 7: Traxus Medical Industries is dedicated to neutrality and equal treatment of all, regardless of legal status, potential criminal status, employment status, socioeconomic status, etc.
Article 8: Traxus Medical Industries employees will never ask about any of the statuses listed in Article 7.
