TugLogix Towing, Recovery & Salvage
Preamble
TugLogix Towing, Recovery & Salvage (hereinafter referred to as “TugLogix”) is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all its operations within the Star Citizen universe. This Corporate Charter serves as a code of conduct and a set of guidelines for all members of TugLogix while representing the company in-game. By becoming a member of TugLogix, individuals agree to abide by the rules and principles outlined in this charter.
1. Professionalism and Conduct
a. Members of TugLogix shall conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times when representing the company in-game.
b. Respect for other players, organizations, and entities within the Star Citizen universe is paramount, and members are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and fair play.
c. We encourage an environment where individuals can enjoy the game and find gratification in the activity or role(s) they are participating in.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
a. TugLogix and its members shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the game developers and administrators.
b. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the spirit of fair play and cooperation within the Star Citizen universe.
3. Integrity and Ethics
a. Members of TugLogix shall act with honesty, transparency, and integrity in all their interactions with other players and entities in the game.
b. Any form of cheating, exploitation, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the organization.
4. Representation of TugLogix
a. When representing TugLogix in-game, members are expected to prioritize the best interests of the company and its reputation.
b. Members shall refrain from engaging in activities that may bring disrepute to TugLogix or its affiliates unless Weavil Eggs are involved.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork
a. TugLogix values collaboration, teamwork, and mutual support among its members. Cooperation with fellow members and other organizations is encouraged, provided it aligns with the company’s goals and values.
6. Conflict Resolution
a. In the event of disputes or conflicts, members are expected to seek amicable resolutions and escalate issues to designated leadership within the organization as necessary.
b. Public disputes or conflicts that may negatively impact the reputation of TugLogix are to be avoided, however, TugLogix understands that exigent circumstances exist and will take such circumstances into account.
7. Continuous Improvement
a. TugLogix is committed to continuous improvement and learning. Members are encouraged to contribute positively to the growth and development of the organization.
8. Amendments to the Charter
a. This Corporate Charter may be amended by the leadership of TugLogix as necessary. Members will be informed of any changes to the charter in a timely manner.
By agreeing to this Corporate Charter, upon joining, members of TugLogix acknowledge their commitment to upholding the values and principles outlined herein and understand that adherence to these rules is essential to maintaining the reputation and success of the organization within the universe.
