Department Heads: Managing specific areas (Mining, Salvage, Security, Cargo). Captians: Commanders of the ships Officers: Assisting department heads. Squad Leaders: Leading small teams. Gunners: Operating turrents on ship during combat. Associate: The Grunts of the company.

Setting and achieving department goals. Ensuring members’ welfare and performance. Upholding the charter and core values.
