History

The United Frontier originated in the early 24th century as a small coalition of intrepid explorers and valiant defenders, united by a shared vision of expanding humanity’s reach into the cosmos. Initially, we were a modest group, facing immense challenges as we navigated the uncharted territories of space. Our determination and unwavering commitment to our core beliefs of integrity, loyalty, strength, unity, and power propelled us forward.

Over time, our efforts began to bear fruit. Our numbers grew as more individuals joined our cause, drawn by the promise of exploration and the desire to protect humanity’s interests among the stars. We established our first outposts, laying the foundation for what would become a sprawling network of colonies and stations.

As we expanded, so did our capabilities. Our modest fleet of ships evolved into a powerful Navy, capable of patrolling vast expanses of space and ensuring the safety of our territories. The development of our advanced Aerospace Force allowed us to project power and provide critical support to our ground forces and civilian operations.

In parallel, our industrial and emergency services divisions flourished. Our Hauling teams became the lifeblood of our empire, transporting essential resources and supplies across the galaxy. Our Mining teams braved hazardous environments to extract the raw materials needed to fuel our growth. The United Frontier Emergency Services (U.F.E.S) emerged as a vital component of our organization, ready to respond to disasters and provide critical aid wherever it was needed.

Recruitment And Training

Charter

OPERATIONAL POLICIES

This Charter of the United Frontier, as ratified on the 10th of October of the year 2415, hereby sets forth the rules, regulations, and code of this organization as determined by its founders.

Article One:

Conduct and Expectations of Members

Each member enlisted in the United Frontier is expected to adhere to the rules, regulations, and conduct outlined under Article One and its following sections.

I. Conduct Expectations
A member is expected to hold themselves with honor, respect, and professionalism at all times.
While on the battlefield, a member is expected to follow the orders of their superior officer to the best of their ability. A member is expected to fulfill their designated position to the best of their abilities. In a competitive setting, a member found to be underperforming may have their individual performance reviewed by their peers.

Article Two:

Chain of Command & Positions

Members are subordinate to each officer in their command structure above them and command each member subordinate to themselves. Each member is expected to rise to the expectations and duties of their station as set forth under Article Two and its following sections.

I. Rankings and Positions
Ranks and positions are as follows, in order from subordinate to superior:

Spaceman – The initial rank for all official members.
Corporal – A basic rank with increased influence and power.
Commander – First rank with authority to form squads.
Major – Highest enlisted rank, just below officer status.
General – First officer rank, allows creation of a Naval crew.
Petty Officer – Commands a platoon, the first commanding officer rank.
Chief Officer – Commands a company, final commanding officer rank.
Rear Admiral – Commands a battalion, just below full admiral.
Admiral – Highest rank, allows creation of your own fleet or brigade.

II. Squad Leadership
A member may be designated squad leader if those in the squad agree with the designation.
A section must have at least four (2) members to be formed and may not exceed eight (4) members in total.

III. Section Formation and Command
When promoted to a position that allows command of a section, it is the responsibility of the promoted member to enlist their subordinates. An officer is encouraged to form tight bonds with specific members but is allowed to enlist any member subordinate to them for command directly before a mission, unless a superior officer chooses otherwise. Section leaders are also expected to actively build gameplay chemistry between members under their command.

Article Three:

Code of Conduct & Punishment

A member enlisted in The United Frontier may be subject to dismissal (removal from the unit) based on infractions committed. Infractions are classified as outlined below:

I. Minor Infractions
In the event that a minor infraction has been committed by a member and there is sufficient supporting evidence of the infraction, the member will be given a written warning from a superior officer. If three (3) minor infractions are committed within a 30-day period, the offender is removed from the unit. If at the end of this period no infractions are committed, the earliest infraction will be removed from that member’s record.

List of Minor Infractions:

Excessive use of insulting or harassing language directed towards an individual or a group of people
Excessive use of inappropriate language
Excessive spamming or trolling
Debates of sensitive topics in a rude way
Frequent insubordination during a competitive drop

II. Major Infractions
In the event that a major infraction has been committed by a member and there is sufficient supporting evidence of the infraction, the aforementioned member will be removed from the unit and banned from accessing the resources of the unit.

List of Major Infractions:

Racial/ethnic harassment
Sexual harassment
Real-life violent threats
Distribution of real-life personal information
Posting cheats, hacks, Trojan horses, or malicious programs

These are the rules, regulations, and code as determined by the founders of the United Frontier on the signing of this Charter All who are enlisted amongst the ranks of the United Frontier must abide by these rules or find themselves punished as set aside by the rules.
