Rules of Engagement
Defensive
Defensive engagement is permitted if any of the following criteria are TRUE.
- Contact is deemed hostile.
- Contact initiates combat.
- Contact is NEGATIVE standing with the corporation.
- Member feels that their ship, property or corporate intellectual property is threatened.
- Contact has a bounty.
Conditional
Offensive engagement is NOT permitted if any of the following criteria are TRUE.
- Contact has a POSITIVE standing with the corporation and has not engaged the member’s ship.
- Contact is marked as protected by the corporation.
Wartime
During wartime the following rules are to take effect for the safety of the corporation and it’s property.
- Any industrial ships are to be escorted by at least two combat ships.
- The location of any operations are NOT to be shared without explicit permission from the board.
- All online members are to be on voice comms.

Knowledge sharing
Points of Interest (POI)
Mining locations
- When a member finds a POI that contains minerals they are to share the intel exclusively with the corporation.
- Explorers will be rewarded with a finder’s fee for discovered mine-able POI’s.
- Finder’s will have first choice at leading a mining expedition with the corporation.
Research Sites
- Any site deemed to contain knowledge beneficial to the corporation is to be passed on to the Research Division.
- Finder’s will be compensated with a finder’s fee or shared research.
Intel
- Any information a member deems significant is to be passed on to the Ops Division.
Fee’s
- The corporation holds a 10% taxation rate.
Services
In exchange for the taxation rate, the corporation offers the following to it’s members:
- Security – members can request an escort from the security division free of charge.
- Knowledge – and the power that comes with it.
- Supply – members can sell commodities and supplies to the corporation at an agreed rate.
- Mining ops – members can join mining operations and be compensated accordingly.
- Advanced Technology – members can obtain advanced technology from the corporation.
