History
Waypoint was established in the wake of the UEE’s expansion into the Stanton System. Like numerous other organizations, Waypoint endeavors to establish its presence in this newly introduced system by collaborating with various entities, ranging from reputable to dubious. Despite its efforts to capitalize on every available prospect, Waypoint’s members faced an unexpected setback when they fell victim to an ambush that forced them out of the system. Since then, they have been striving to reclaim their former prestige.
Manifesto
Waypoint is an organization that places the well-being of its members as its top priority. Our members are a diverse group of individuals with varied backgrounds and expertise, ranging from transporters and medics to assassins and bounty hunters. Through this diversity, we aim to achieve extraordinary objectives while enjoying ourselves in the vast expanse of the universe.
At Waypoint, we are united in our pursuit of glory, power, and excitement. We strive to create a community that is committed to the betterment of its members, where each individual can find fulfillment in their pursuits. Our ultimate goal is to establish ourselves as a force to be reckoned with in the galaxy, and we will spare no effort to achieve that end.
Through collaboration and mutual support, we believe that we can create a prosperous and fulfilling future for ourselves and those who align with our values. At Waypoint, we pledge to be unwavering in our commitment to our members and the goals we have set for ourselves.
Charter
Charter of Waypoint
Article I: General Provisions
1. The purpose of Waypoint is to create a community of individuals who work together towards achieving common goals in the universe.
2. All members of Waypoint shall abide by this charter and the regulations set forth by the organization’s leadership.
3. Waypoint is a community that values its members and strives to create an environment where everyone can thrive and benefit from their association with the organization.
Article II: Membership
1. Membership is open to all individuals who are willing to commit themselves to the principles and values of Waypoint.
2. All members of Waypoint shall be loyal to the organization and prioritize the interests of the group above their own personal interests.
3. Waypoint does not tolerate betrayal or disloyalty, and any member who violates this principle shall face severe consequences.
4. Members of Waypoint shall not engage in activities that jeopardize the organization or its members.
Article III: Comradeship
1. Members of Waypoint shall never destroy another member of the organization under any circumstances.
2. Members of Waypoint shall help their comrades whenever possible, offering support and assistance in times of need.
3. Members of Waypoint must always be prepared to fight alongside their comrades in any situation that may arise, as the success of the organization depends on the collective strength of its members.
Article IV: Operations
1. Waypoint specializes in a range of services that cater to the specific needs of its clients.
2. Waypoint operates discreetly and with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring that its clients’ interests are protected at all times.
3. Waypoint values the discretion and confidentiality of its clients and shall not divulge any information related to their activities or operations.
4. Waypoint reserves the right to terminate any operation that it deems unsuitable or excessively risky, prioritizing the safety and security of its members above all else.
Article V: Amendments
1. This charter may be amended by a majority vote of the organization’s leadership.
2. Amendments shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the leadership.
