Manifesto:

NIX intends to be a massive and successful private organisation that cares about its members. Moreover, we will get involved in all sorts of activities in all sectors to make sure we rule over all solar systems !
We speak English and other languages but mainly English for everyone.

A. Activities and rules:

1. The NIX Organization is a private neutral corporation from the Nyx System that seeks to expand its activities in all major sectors including trading, mining, security, and mercenary activities as well as the others allowed by the current state of the game.
2. The main goal of NIX is to play together, have fun, help each other, and try to improve our skill level in the game while developing the Organization. We will always try to be able to play together as much as possible, but we understand the priorities of private life. While we promote that all members are as involved, we are not hardcore – come when you can and want to. Teamplay is extremely fun with NIX, and we could also enjoy other games and activities together for those interested.
3. We give a lot of importance to respect for people in general and good and enjoyable relationships between members. By common courtesy, we refuse verbal Violence, Harassment and criticism towards people and their Life, nor talking about Drugs, Politics and Religion . We also aim at having strong and satisfied members.
4. We look to our members to always share criticism and suggestions on any topic regarding our Organization at any moment, as long as they are constructive.
5. Active members will be noticed and rewarded, either by monetary rewards, equipment or rank.
6. Members of other organizations can feel free to join NIX, or only during activities, but we reserve the right to rewards and gain resulting from utilization of Organization resources for Organization members who participated. However, every activity is more enjoyable in a group and we look forward to playing with everyone!
7. We would also be glad to have “diplomatic” contacts with other organizations that share our vision for potential common events or alliances, etc.
8. When it comes to “discipline”, respect other people as previously mentioned and try to stick to ship ownership/leadership at least at first, just to make things easier when using them. We share our equipment as NIX members and are a friendly team.
9. For now, we do not force members to wear a precise uniform, just try, when possible, to honor our colors which are RED, GREY, WHITE and BLACK (and avoid Vanduul equipment if possible).
10. Regarding ranks, explanations and illustrations will come, some names might be updated but the logic will remain quite the same as the current one (that you can see on this website and more developed on Discord): experience, participation, involvement in the Organization’s activities and life, etc. are key to reaching higher ranks.
11. We will also upload some “schedules” for activities once we have enough members, nothing strict, only a source of inspiration people can check if they are lost, do not know what to do or cannot decide (more details on Discord too).

If you join us, you at least agree with this main framework. If not, no worries, there are many other types of organizations and gameplays from more hardcore to more casual that could probably fit your interests, but never better than NIX!
