History

Zero Seven: Guardians of the Frontier

Founding:
Zero Seven was founded in the year 2950, amid the turbulent times of territorial expansions and interstellar disputes. It began as a visionary project by a charismatic leader known only as “The Captain,” a former UEE Navy commander with a reputation for both brilliance and unorthodox strategies. Along with seven other founding members, each an expert in their respective fields—ranging from logistics to combat and diplomacy—The Captain established Zero Seven with a primary mission: to create a self-sufficient and versatile organization capable of thriving in the uncertain vastness of space.

Early Years:
Initially, Zero Seven focused on small-scale cargo runs and security details. Their base of operations was a hidden outpost on the fringes of the Stanton system. Here, amidst the asteroids, they found refuge and a strategic point from which to operate. The organization’s name, “Zero Seven,” was inspired by the founding members’ ethos of always staying “one step ahead” (zero steps back, seven forward)—a mantra that reflected their commitment to progress and vigilance.

Rise to Prominence:
Zero Seven’s reputation grew during the “Fringe Wars,” a series of conflicts on the outer systems where they played a crucial role in negotiating peace between warring factions. Their ability to switch roles from fierce warriors to adept diplomats earned them respect and fame across multiple systems. Recognizing the need to expand, Zero Seven began recruiting talented individuals from all walks of life: ex-military, scientists, explorers, and even former pirates seeking redemption.

Technological Innovations:
Under the leadership of an ingenious tech specialist known as “Doc,” Zero Seven also delved into the development of proprietary technology. This included advanced stealth cargo ships capable of running blockades undetected and reconnaissance drones that could map uncharted territories in the Verse. These innovations not only boosted their operational capabilities but also attracted contracts from major corporations and secretive deals with the UEE government.

Modern Days:
Today, Zero Seven is known as a well-rounded organization that operates across multiple spectrums. They manage a vast network of resources, ranging from high-stakes mining operations on distant moons to running exclusive luxury tours of newly discovered planets. Their fleet, a formidable collection of versatile starships, stands ready to defend their interests or come to the aid of those in need.

Culture and Legacy:
The culture within Zero Seven is one of brotherhood and mutual respect, fostered by shared adventures and the belief in a common goal. The Captain’s original vision of a versatile and adaptable group has been realized, making Zero Seven a name that is both feared and revered. As they continue to navigate the complexities of interstellar politics and commerce, they remain guided by their foundational mantra, ever ready to advance into the future, leaving no member behind.

Manifesto

The Manifesto of Zero Seven: Guardians of the Frontier

Preamble:
In the vast reaches of space, amidst the stars and nebulae that stretch beyond the horizon of human endeavor, we, the members of Zero Seven, unite under a common banner. Driven by the pioneering spirit of our founders and guided by the principles of adaptability, resilience, and brotherhood, we commit to forging a path through the unknown, making the cosmos not only a frontier to explore but a home to protect and cherish.

Our Core Values:
Versatility: We are a multi-disciplinary force. From the depths of space mining to the front lines of interstellar conflict, from the silent void of deep space exploration to the bustling trade routes that connect the galaxy, we adapt, we overcome, and we thrive.

Integrity: Our word is our bond. In all our dealings—be they in trade, diplomacy, or combat—we operate with honesty and honor. We stand as a beacon of trust in the often murky waters of cosmic endeavors.

Unity: We are more than a collection of individuals; we are a family. Each member’s strength is integral to the strength of the whole. In unity, there is safety, support, and success.

Innovation: Forward-thinking and continuous improvement are the hallmarks of our operations. We invest in the development of cutting-edge technology and strategies to ensure our readiness and superiority in all our missions.

Our Mission:
To explore, to protect, and to prosper as we navigate the complexities of the universe.

We pledge to:

Safeguard the routes that connect worlds, ensuring safe passage for all.
Stand ready to defend against piracy and lawlessness that threaten peaceful commerce.
Foster peaceful relations and understanding between diverse star systems and species.
Seek out and responsibly harvest resources to fuel the growth and sustenance of human civilization in space.
Pursue the mysteries of the cosmos, expanding the frontiers of human knowledge and presence.

Our Commitment:
As guardians of the frontier, we commit to upholding these values and missions with steadfast dedication. Zero Seven will be the shield against chaos, the sword against oppression, and the guiding star for those lost in the night. We stand together, formidable and unyielding, as we create our legacy among the stars.
